Nike free pair #3

This is my 3rd pair of nike frees and it is hands down my favorite running shoes. Maybe it's my flat feet but these work thebest for me. First run in the new pair today and a good 5 miles and felt a lot better than running in the kobes.

Dad in LA for business trip...

Dad flew in from korea this morning and the weather was phenomenal. We picked him up from LAX and headed to manhattan beach to walk around and eat lunch then headed to century city. Enjoyed some wine by the firepit by the pool and it's def. Nice to be with the whole fam here.

Lina's visit to LA...

Lina visited LA this past week and it was an eventful week with some events that will be very memorable like the 2007 Chuck Mangione concert in Korea lol. The pics are from Bodega wine bar in Santa Monica, Bloomingdales, La Sandia in SM, Geoffrey's in Malibu and Cheesecake factory on the last night in Marina Del Rey. It was a fun week with some obstacles but definitely one to remember. It was good seeing you 친구 and goodluck/congrats on your new radio show. See ya in 6 months!

Run it.

Been running 5 miles everyday but the shirt shows how I feel about running yet its the greatest feeling after. Found some hdr cam app on the phone so took some pics from the balcony at night.

Work and working out...daily routine.

I'm still on that daily work out routine and running 5 miles a day. Thanks to gareth emery's 2011 5 hour podcast for making running less painful. Wheels finally got fixed today and had them mounted. Time to have a relaxing weekend.

Dior Homme

Picked up another pair of dior jeans after 4 years and this time, I went with made in japan 19cm. Looking forward to how these turn out. Finally got a new wallet as well from dior and its very basic and simple yet I think I like it like this. Definitely not going to put this wallet in my back pocket any more as all my wallets get destroyed from sitting on them. Anyways, here are some pics comparing the 4 year old made in italy 21cm diors and the new mij 19cm. Dior homme ftw.

Dieting...

It is week 2 of dieting and about 7 lbs dropped so far. Trying to keep running more miles so hopefully I can get to 6 or 7 miles soon.
